In this special edition of Behind Bars, Michael Jensen invites you to experience the flavors, traditions, and hospitality that define Italian drinking culture. Inspired by the cocktail scene in Milano, lively piazzas in Rome, and sunset aperitivos in Sicily, this intimate class offers a taste of Italy, right here in Honolulu.
